Angels

I dreamt of angels today.  Saw my lolo sitting right in front of me....he was smiling.  Then he told me and Earl "ok yan... kilala nyo ang isa't isa" then he hugged us both.  Not sure what that means but I'm happy to see my lolo again...

Then after a few minutes, I saw lola Belay and lolo Sionga... we were eating in their dining room in Kamias.... there were a lot of people... it felt like the old Pabasa days... all of them were smiling....

Despedida of my Inaanak

It's always sad to say goodbyes.... my niece was here for almost a month.  She was the first baby in our family and now how she's grown into a young lady :)  How time flies....

we've been to places when she was here... of course nothing beats our Boracay adventure... I will surely miss this girl... i took care of her since she was a baby...

i was even touched when it was time to say goodbye she hugged me very tightly and told me that she'll miss me... and then she turned to Polgas... Polgas gave her his hand as if to hand shake... but then she told him... "pede pa-hug?".... so they did.... I'm very happy to see that she trusts Polgas very much... then she told him, take care of my ninang... i'm watching you (with matching hand gestures)... i was very touched.... knowing my niece... she doesn't get close to guys so easily...

i'll surely miss my niece...

Street craze

we were at my lola's house today and I was surprised to see this.



I can't even park rukia at the street I needed to find an alternative which was not easy...
It has been more than 10 years since the street has been renovated as drastic as this... I can't recall if the previous renovation helped... but hopefully this one will minimize floods...

now the question is... when will this be completed? hmmm.. i wonder...
