Sleep

Sleep is the easiest thing to do...you just have to close your eyes and then dream... however, not everyone is capable of having a nice long sleep...

why?
some studies say it may be because of stress, of what you eat/drink, worst you might have a sleeping disorder...

for me... it's difficult for me to sleep if I am bothered or am thinking of something... I'm still not sure on how to overcome this but milk helped...

maybe I should try the sleep test... hmmm.....
